Kaliro - Police have arrested a 20-year old woman for dumping her two-day baby boy in a pit latrine. Jackson Kasozi, the Kaliro district CID officer said Phiona Nabakooza, a resident of Industrial Area, who was arrested after a tip off by her neighbours, claimed that her husband Philip Ogwani of Nkondo Sub County in Kamuli district denied the responsibility for the pregnancy before they separated in September last year.
