World Bank ‘clears’ S. Sudan for traders

Ugandan traders have been given a lee-way to invest more in Southern Sudan after the World Bank report indicated that the government there is rapidly improving the business environment. The report entitled Doing Business in Juba 2011 says “the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS) is making strides to improve the business environment for small and medium enterprises”.
