Court to rule on Jamwa’s bail application

The Constitutional Court will today decide whether David Chandi Jamwa, the convicted
former managing director of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) should be let
free on bail.

The embattled former NSSF boss yesterday defended his bail application in court. His
lawyer, David Mpanga, told Justice Augustine Nsimye that Jamwa’s bail application
was not frivolous but viable.
