Getting excellence out of a slow learner

Nagadya keeps failing in her school exams all the way from her primary up to senior two where she is currently; she views herself as a dull student. Her class work is always of poor quality compared with that of other students. She finds it difficult to understand things taught by her teacher immediately, especially in subjects like math and chemistry. Many students may be like her, but slow learners are not dull students.
