The more than five years of power struggle in Nakawa Market has left Kampala Capital City Authorities (KCCA) counting losses. According to Nakawa Resident District Commissioner, Mande Kintu “It is feared KCCA has lost Ugshs400 million and a police investigation has been instituted to find out the exact figure.
