The conjoined twins who are currently in Mulago Hospital may be operated upon March, The Razor reports. Health experts say the twins will be separated when they each weigh 10kgs in an intensive operation to be carried out by 10 specialists.
According to the Kabale Medical Superintendant Dr Elatid Maihayo, the twins weighed 3.4kgs each at birth. “When they were born each of them weighed 3.4kgs,” he told The Razor in a telephone interview yesterday.
