Former Makindye Division LC III chairman and Kampala businessman Moses Kalungi has
been charged with fraud before Grade One magistrate John Patrick Wekesa at Buganda Road Court.
Kalungi was yesterday charged along with his second wife Phionah Kalungi. Both have, however, been released on a non cash bail.
The prosecution alleges that Kalungi and his wife during the month of August 2010 obtained money worth US$2,400 by false pretence and failed to provide services
