KABALE - When candidates are faced with the possibility of not sitting for exams, hell breaks loose and those responsible are likely to face the wrath.
So, Rev Capt Wilson Byarugaba, the head teacher of Kihanga secondary school is in trouble after he was reported to the Inspector General of Government (IGG) for allegedly failing to remit examination fees for S4 candidates who are not registered under the Universal Secondary Education (USE).
