Jinja - Lying before a learned judge is not easy, two men have learnt, albeit the hard way.
That was the case when primary school teacher Alex Hashim and businessman Peter Muggaga were shown the exit from the High Court in Jinja by Justice Lameck Mukasa, after they swore false affidavits in favour of Panadol Mugema of the Iganga municipality Member of Parliament of the National Resistance Movement (NRM).
