UTODA contract expired along time ago
On May 20, the newly elected Kampala City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago was inaugurated to transit Kampala City Council (KCC) to Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). The executive director of KCCA, Jennifer Musisi Ssemakula, a presidential appointee, conducted the ceremony.
