Karamoja - A 30- year-old man stabbed his 42- year old brother to death after an argument over Shs200, given out by the area Member of Parliament.
According to police, Michael Owiri was among the residents of Natete village in Labwo County, Abim district who were given Shs20,000 by the MP Michael Ayepa on Friday, July 15, thanking them for their votes.
