Ntoroko - Police is investigating circumstances under which two fishermen were tied up and thrown into Lake Albert.
The dead were identified as Kule Bakacura, 17, of Kibungo landing site in Ntoroko district and Bwambale Buliye of Kiruma village, Kasitu Sub County in Bundibugyo district.
