Youth up in arms against district leaders

Kiboga - Youth leaders in the district are dissatisfied with the persistent marginalization to participate in government programmes.

Bernard Ssegawa, the Kiboga district youth councilor said that despite being overly represented in the agriculture sector, only 20% of the youth benefit from programmes like Naads and financial assistance from Saccos.
