Attorney General defends Shs20m MPs ‘bribe’

The Attorney General, Khiddu Makubuya has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss the petition filed by the NGOs challenging government’s decision to give Shs20 million to each Member of Parliament to allegedly monitor NAADS programmes.
