District council spilt proposal scuttled

Wakiso - Council last week suspended a proposal to split the district into three. According to the Wakiso district chairman Eng Ian Kyeyune, splitting Wakiso into Kyadondo, Wakiso and Entebbe districts would foster better service delivery.
