Jamaica’s RDX of the Bend Over fame are already in town ready to perform live in a concert dubbed the East African Carnival. The duo, that consist of Carlton William aka DJ Renigade and singer Andre Bedward aka Delomar, landed at Entebbe Airport on Wednesday evening.
