High commodity prices killing NAADS

Not only is the hike in commodity prices making life increasingly difficult for many Ugandans, it’s also affecting government programmes. One such affected programme is the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS). Mukono NAADS coordinator Alice Nakiganda says the budget for seeds and other agricultural equipment, which was initially low, has been affected by the price hikes.
