Police are holding a 42-year-old-man for defiling a six-year-old pupil. The officer in charge of Nabweru police post, John Bosco Opio, told The Razor that on January 18, while in Nabweru, Kibwa zone, Samuel Makanga defiled the girl, a pupil of Good Samaritan Nursery and Primary School.
