Ndejje has retained the National University Cross-Country Championship for the second year following Saturday’s event at Makerere. Ndejje won in both the men’s and women’s categories in addition to the overall trophy after beating six other universities.
Joseph Kibet and Lucy Kapkiai, respectively spurred the men and women’s teams in grabbing the top six positions in the senior 12km and 8km races. Nkumba, came second overall while hosts Makerere University were third. Each team was
