RDC calls for demos against utility company

ARUA - The woes of troubled electricity provider, West Nile Rural Electrification Company (WENRECo) do not seem to relent. Now, Arua Resident District Commissioner Col (rtd) Ibrahim Abiriga has urged the people of West Nile to demonstrate against the utility company for its poor service in the region.
