Police in Luwero are holding two people for allegedly stealing bicycles. Twaibu Magato, 46, a bicycle repairer and Ronald Yawe were arrested yesterday from Kizito zone with 30 bicycle frames and assorted parts. Central Region spokesperson Lameck Kigozi confirmed the arrest and said that the two will face charges of theft. He urged those who lost their bicycles to go to police and prove ownership before recovering
