Luuka - District officials will today miss the swearing in ceremony of President Yoweri Museveni at Kololo airstrip. The Chief Administrative Officer Christopher Kyomya, has vowed not to release any funds for the transportation of district officials to Kampala for that ceremony, saying he has not received any invitation. “I cannot release money for a function we are not invited to unless district officials just want to go for a tour in Kampala,” Kyomya said.
