Karamoja - Civil servants in the region have been advised to test for HIV/Aids. Speaking at the belated district Labour Day celebrations held in Amudat town council on Sunday, May 8, the Amudat Resident District Commissioner Steven Nsubuga Bewaayo, observed that the fight against HIV and Aids has concentrated around knowledge and how the disease spreads.
