Speaker of Parliament Edward Sekandi has ordered ministers not to sit on the front benches in parliament pending new ministerial appointments. According to Sekandi, current ministers shall cease to hold the portfolios on Thursday, the day President Yoweri Museveni takes his fifth oath as Uganda’s top leader.
