Officials panic as ‘new criminals’ storm district

Hoima - Residents and authorities in the district have been caught up in a wave of panic after two people were murdered and four others stabbed in the same week. The criminals allegedly armed with deadly weapons like panga, are reportedly targeting school children and businesspeople in town, with the latest incident involving three students and a woman in Kiganda village.
