Rights group wants the state to probe extra-judicial killings

International rights body Human Rights Watch (HRW) wants the government to invite the United Nations (UN) and African Union (AU) representatives to conduct independent investigations into extra-judicial killings in Uganda. In a report released on Monday, HRW said the government should include external, independent international experts to join the probe and set out concrete measures to bring perpetrators to account.
