The Uganda Rugby Union has finalised arrangements to host this year’s group 1B Confederation of African Rugby Cup starting on June 12 at the Kyadondo club. It runs until June 18. This tournament had originally attracted four countries but Ivory Coast pulled out citing insecurity in Uganda, leaving Madagascar and Zimbabwe as the visiting countries, URU officials told a press conference at Lugogo on Thursday.
