Jinja ‘idlers’ remanded

Jinja - Over 30 people mostly young men and women have been remanded to Kirinya prison for being ‘idle and disorderly’, a law suspended by the president. The group was rounded up in an operation carried out by police on June 25, to comb and rid Jinja town and its surroundings of suspected criminals and idlers including many who were found drinking in Masese II area in the morning.
