RDC blames teachers for pupils’ absenteeism

MITYANA - The deputy Resident District Commissioner Takiya Namijumbi Nsubuga, has blamed head teachers in the district for the poor academic performance. Ms Nsubuga also said teachers were frequently absent, and that they had resorted to other business ventures.
