Karamojong local leaders should help police

Despite police efforts, the educated sons and daughters of the Karamoja region seem to
be enjoying the sight of children on the streets.

What measure was expected to be taken after a peaceful approach had failed, sure the government first sought for a voluntary return home which failed. For Gods sake these children are supposed to be in schools getting educated so as to better their region in the future.
