Charles Muhangi believes that he could win the African Rally Championship again but his tight business schedule sieves him off the task. The rally ace of the ekitaguriro fame who raising Uganda motorsport bar when he won the 1999 ARC said he only has very little time to compete in events like the weekend’s KCB Pearl of Africa-Uganda Rally, planned to run in the districts of Mukono, Buikwe and Kayunga.
