Rwanda’s High Commissioner to Uganda Maj Gen Frank Mugambage has denied his country’s alleged complicity in the death of UPDF dissident Colonel Edison Muzoora.
Speaking to journalists last week at the Uganda Journalists Association, Mugambaje said Rwanda has nothing to do with the death of Muzoora and that the colonel was never given asylum in Rwanda.
