Kampala City Council has been summoned by High Court to respond to allegations that it failed to pay over Shs145 million to a local company which collected animal carcasses from the city during CHOGM. Soreema Service U Ltd claims that in July 2007 it was hired by KCC to manage solid waste in divisions of Kawempe and Nakawa.
