Student murder case ready for hearing

High Court will on April 21 hear a case in which a Kenyan national is accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death. Jane Ndichu Nyiha, a student at Kampala International University allegedly stabbed David Musunga Ivita, a Kenyan student at the same university, on March 10, 20I0 at Kansanga, Kampala. Ivita was stabbed in the throat. Ndichu was charged with murder on March 12, last year and remanded to Luzira Prison where she was later committed to High Court by Makindye
