Kabarole - The High Court has dismissed with costs applications filed by two election losers in Kasese district.
Rehema Muhindo and Fred Businge Police, both members of the ruling NRM lost to Winnie Kiiza of the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and Yokasi Bihande (FDC) and the Bukonzo East.
Muhindo and Businge applied to court demanding for the continuation of the vote re-count which Charles Serubuga, the Kasese Chief Magistrate, had halted because the seals of
