Jinja - The Resident District Commissioner Livingstone Katenda Luutu has ordered security agencies in the district to arrest people who purportedly seek employment for Ugandans in Canada and Japan. “My office is not informed and not aware of any recruitment of people to go and work in those countries as their advertisement indicates,” Luutu said.
