Thief killed by guard’s stone

An unidentified man was last week stoned to death by a security guard after he allegedly tried to steal electric wires at a students’ hostel in Ndejje, Mengo. According to the guard, only identified as Juuko, the thief came and surveyed the hostel during the day. “At around 4am, I saw three men disconnecting the electric wires.
