A 56-year-old father of 16 is living in fear and accuses a State House official of trying to push him off land he has lived on for 20 years.
Ssalongo James Mugoya is just one of hundreds of innocent poor Ugandans who are losing land to powerful government officials in a new wave of massive land grabbing in Kampala.
The State House official in the eye of the storm is Joy Mugyenyi who sits at Okello House in Nakasero. According to documents seen by The Razor,
