Esther is the wife he married in July 2003 after the death of his first wife, Rhoda. Nsibambi was replaced yesterday as prime minister by former Security Minister Amama Mbabazi. Nsibambi was fired along with former Vice President Gilbert Bukenya who was replaced by Edward Ssekandi, the former Speaker of Parliament.
