Police are holding a man for allegedly conning unsuspecting people under the guise of helping them to get office space to operate their businesses in.
Hakimu Mulekwa alias Hakimu Mubiru has reportedly been in the habit of fleecing unsuspecting people in the Kampala city.
The “broker”, as he likes to be known, was detained after conning an unnamed woman of Shs2.7 million reportedly to get her a room to conduct her business activities.
