The Federation of Uganda Football Association (Fufa) has come out with stringent requirements for clubs to fulfill before they could be allowed to freely take part in the competitions under its jurisdiction.
The new development was announced on Wednesday at the Fufa House Mengo by the mouthpiece of the newly formulated clubs’ licencing board Ali Tomusange.
