It’s D-day! Dust will fill the skies around Lubiri palace and fans will be screaming on top of their voices as the 2011 KCB Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally’s super special stage, precede tomorrow’s action in the districts of Kayunga, Buikwe and Mukono.
The Lubiri event will have two cars running simultaneously; feeding the expected big on dust as drivers fire up their machines. A great showpiece is expected from local drivers contending for the 2011 national
