A magistrates’ court sitting in Nakawa, Kampala, has dismissed all cases brought against Democratic Party president Nobert Mao, ruling that an illegality was committed when they were first tried in a City Hall court which had no legal jurisdiction. Grade One Magistrate George Obong also ruled that it was wrong for the cases to be transferred from the City Hall court to Nakawa.
