Namayingo - Four hundred pupils and students missed school last term, after head teachers imposed fees on universal primary and secondary education.
The Namayingo Resident District Commissioner Joram Mayatsa, told people at Namayingo Primary School on May 8, that most head teachers in the district had resorted to charging more money purportedly for building and lunch, contrary to government regulations. Mayatsa urged education officials to investigate the matter and report
