Karimajong threaten demo over electricity pole

Karamoja - Residents of Moroto town have threatened to take to the streets this week if the Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL) does not replace an electricity pole which was felled by a heavy rainstorm. According to the people here, UECDL has also failed to remove the pole that brought down last month, whose uninsulated wires are all over along Lia Street for two weeks now.
