Mukono - Police are holding an iron bar assailant for a series of attacks against boda boda cyclists in the district. Juma Kapere, 30, a resident of Nsube - Nabuti in Mukono Central Division was arrested last week after he slipped through the arms of angry cyclists and run to police for safety.
“Do not beat me. Let me take you to Butebe stage where I took the two motorcycles” Kapere had earlier pleaded as the angry boda boda cyclists beat him to pulp.
