The Vice Chancellor of Makerere University Prof. Venansius Baryamureeba is determined to see the institution grow to greater heights. On behalf of Makerere University, he signed a memorandum of understanding with US energy giant Halliburton at the college of Engineering and technology on 31st May, 2011.
