A non-profit international health organisation located in Bugolobi has been sued for breach of contract. Through his lawyers, Moses Luboyera says he signed a three-year contract with Management Sciences for Health, which was to expire in 20I2. That after working for one year, he received a letter telling him to hand over office equipment which he says to be illegal.
